Educational Resources

StockCharts.com provides tons of high-quality online educational resources for learning more about charting, technical analysis and using our analysis tools.

ChartSchool

ChartSchool is a special area of our website containing a large number of educational articles that cover various aspects of Technical Analysis.

To access ChartSchool, simply click on “ChartSchool” in the menu at the top of any of our pages. You can also use our Site Search feature to find relevant ChartSchool articles on a specific topic. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the top right of any of our pages, enter your search term(s) in the box that pops up and press “Search.” At the top of the results page, select “ChartSchool Articles” in the dropdown menu to refresh the page with ChartSchool-specific results.

Instructional Videos

We have a large number of Instructional Videos on our YouTube channel that demonstrate how to use various aspects of our website.

In addition, we strongly recommend that all StockCharts members watch our "Getting Started with StockCharts.com" video as soon as they activate their account.

Grayson Roze's StockCharts TV series, "StockCharts in Focus", is also a great resource for learning more about charting, chart analysis and using the analysis tools on StockCharts.com.

Instructional Blog Articles

In addition to our various market commentary blog articles (discussed here), we also publish blog articles focused on helping you learn more about charting, technical analysis, and using the tools available on the StockCharts site.

Most of these articles are tagged as "How To" or "Tips & Tricks" articles. To access articles with those tags, you can click the "How To" or "Tips & Tricks" buttons in the "Topics" area on the right side of the main Articles page.

You'll find frequent articles from Karl Montevirgen's helpful "StockCharts Insider" series and Grayson Roze's "StockCharts in Focus" video series, as well as occasional educational articles from other market commentators.
