Once you enable the OptionsPlay Add-On within StockCharts, you will automatically receive six read-only OptionsPlay ChartLists pre-loaded with the latest trade ideas. These ChartLists will include each of the six types of trade ideas generated daily for the OptionsPlay Strategy Center, allowing you to:
Review Charts for Trade Ideas: Each idea in the ChartLists is linked to a corresponding chart, giving users the ability to review the technical setups of the suggested trades visually.
Stay Up-to-Date Automatically: The ChartLists are updated every day with the most recent trade ideas. Users do not need to manually refresh or recreate the lists, ensuring they always have access to the latest strategies and insights.

Customizable Parameters: The Strategy Center allows users to customize their options strategies based on their desired Days to Expiration (DTE) and risk tolerance (Conservative, Balanced, or Aggressive). Available across SharpCharts, StockChartsACP, and while viewing options chains in Options Summary or Options View, the OptionsPlay Explorer provides traders with a seamless way to analyze technical charts while instantly accessing optimal options strategies based on their market view.

The OptionsPlay Explorer integrates seamlessly with StockCharts to offer these core functionalities:
Live Options Strategies: OptionsPlay generates three optimal strategies for Bullish, Bearish, or High-Implied Volatility (for premium sellers)—for any underlying optionable stock. The strategies are dynamically calculated based on current price data, volatility, and market conditions.
P&L Simulator: This allows users to simulate different market conditions by adjusting the target price, date, and implied volatility. The P&L Simulator provides a forecast of hypothetical profits or losses for each strategy.
Visual Trade Metrics: Each strategy is presented with a clear Profit & Loss (P&L) graph, allowing you to visually assess risk and reward. Detailed trade metrics like max reward, max risk, probability of profit (POP), and breakeven are provided for each strategy.
Customizable Strategies: Users can modify suggested strategies by adjusting trade parameters such as strike price, expiration date, call, put, buy, sell or the number of contracts. Additionally, the widget helps calculate how many contracts can be traded based on the user’s defined risk tolerance.
Plain English Descriptions: To make options trading more accessible, each strategy is explained in plain English, detailing when it will profit, how much is at risk, and the potential upside.
