Sometimes you are sure you've saved a chart for a specific ticker symbol, but you can't quite remember what you named the chart or which ChartList you saved it on. When you find yourself in this situation, you can use the "My Saved Charts" feature of our site search to find all saved charts for a specific ticker symbol.
The in-depth tutorial takes you step-by-step through searching your saved charts for a specific ticker symbol.
In this step-by-step tutorial, we'll search all the user's ChartLists for saved charts of Alaska Airlines (ALK).
To start, click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the StockCharts website.
Enter the ticker symbol of the chart you're looking for in your ChartLists and click Go. In this example, we're searching for the symbol ALK.
By default, the search will only check for "ALK" in market commentary and educational articles, which is not what we are looking for. We will need to change the search so that it searches in our ChartLists.
To change the search location, choose the "Symbol Mentions" option below the search box.
Once you change the search location, scroll down on the Symbol Mentions page until you reach the "Your Saved Charts" section. This blue section will display a list of your saved charts with that symbol. In this example, it has found three ALK charts in three different ChartLists.
Click on a chart name in the list to launch that saved chart in the SharpCharts Workbench. Click on a list name to launch that entire ChartList in Summary View.

Extra and Pro members can share their ChartLists with other StockCharts.com members. There is no limit to the number of ChartLists you can share, but each must be done individually.
The in-depth tutorial takes you step-by-step through sharing a ChartList with another member.
In this step-by-step tutorial, we'll share our "0001 ChartList to Share" list with another StockCharts member.
To start, you'll need to open your ChartList in “Edit” mode. Go to the “Your ChartLists” section of Your Dashboard, then select “Edit List” from the “View As” dropdown next to the ChartList you want to share.
On the Edit View for the ChartList, click on the “Send To Friend” button near the top of the screen.
A small window will appear where you can enter the other member's User ID (the email address they use for their StockCharts account). If you don't know it, you will have to contact them.
After entering their email address and clicking the blue “Send to Friend” button, you will see a message that confirms the link has been sent.
